Monil Arora is the Principle Agent and Director of IAF. Monil is a Bachelor of Engineering (Chandigarh-India) and also an MBA (topper from one of the best ranked business schools of India). He is settled in Australia since 2003, is a MARA Registered Migration Agent and also a practising Information Technology consultant. IAF is his brainchild. He has also been a visiting lecturer with University of Western Sydney, Parramatta, Australia and Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India.

During his professional career, Monil has dealt with numerous Corporations and Professionals and uses the professional skills gained there in dealing with the Department of Immigration. He has successfully got many decisions over turned with his diplomatic but firm discussions with the Department.

Monil believes in openness and establishing a relationship of trust with the clients. True to the “Code of Conduct”, he believes in explaining the exact status and risks to the client rather than trying to tell him what he wants to hear. There have been scenarios where in he has specifically refused to take a case where in there is no scope of success.

On the other hand, Monil has handled many cases where the visa had been refused earlier or the case is pretty complex. He has a hundred percent success rate for the Permanent Residence and none of his lodged Student Visa has been rejected due to negligence or incompetence on his part. His expertise in PR lies in the field of Engineering, IT, Medical and Teachers.

About Veenu Arora

Veenu is a registered migration agent (MARN 1465750). She has over 9 years of experience in operations, strategic partnership and management.  Veenu has been responsible for the excellent growth of Indo Ausie Factor and turning it into a highly successful organisation in past these years. 

Before moving into this line, Veenu had extensive experience as a successful administrator in a leading school in Delhi, India. As part of administration, she undertook organising various extra-curricular activities at state level, design and deliver strategies for inculcating excellence in child development, designing and conducting various educational and related competitions like debates, plays, games etc, and liaising with various suppliers for children equipments.

Veenu heads the team in Australia and deals with the business partners in India on day to day basis. She is responsible for finalising the checks conducted for various applicants and also formalising the course of action for prospective clients.
